Super friendly and informative staff, room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the mountain. Restaurant was accommodating for vegans, so delicious. Hotel is attached to entrance of Bernal, so convenient. The perfect stay

Lovely little hotel right next to the entrance of the Pena de Bernal. Good dining options nearby (I recommend Folk, about a 15 minute walk). Keep in mind that the hotel is at the top of the town, so any walk into town is downhill but any walk back to the hotel is all uphill.

The staff is incredible. However, rooms are not soundproof, the bed is very uncomfortable and the room service only applied to drinks. All of these things pale in comparison to the view and accessibility to Pena.

The hotel is just gorgeous! The grounds beautiful and the panoramic views breathtaking. Staff sis helpful and nice. The restaurant in the hotel has really good food. You can easily walk down to town for more dining options and shopping.

Cuartos muy pequeños sin closet, poca ventilación las ventanas dan al pasillo y se pierde privacidad, el colchón poco comodo. Y fallo al suministro de agua y nos quedamos sin agua unas hotas. No hay estacionamiento.

Nos quedamos en una suite, la habitación el segundo día que hicieron la limpieza apestaba entre tiner o gasolina, olía muy mal, desperté con la garganta cerrada y dolor en el pecho, al pedirles de favor que me dijeran que había sido me contestaron primero que nadie había hecho la limpieza de mi cuarto por lo que era raro, lo cual era falso porque si lo habían hecho, les dije que lo único que quería era saber porque estaba preocupada por cómo me sentía, me dijeron después de insistir que no habían sido ellos, que era una construcción de al lado, lo cual tampoco fue cierto porque al llegar al cuarto abrimos las ventanas y notamos bajaba el olor y afuera para nada olía así. Muy mala experiencia pagar por una suite y que la entreguen en esas condiciones.

La atmósfera del hotel es genial, pues estás literalmente en la falda de la peña, sólo considera que debes subir varias escaleras para cualquier espacio del hotel y como su nombre lo dice es la mayoría de piedra. Tiene espacios para conversar y relajarse, así como para disfrutar del entorno.

Ni me gustó nada, caro para lo que ofrecen, me hospedé en la casa del árbol y está llena de hoyos el aire y el frío se meten por todos lados, todo se escucha a quien esté abajo y alrededores, no tienes privacidad hay que tapar las ventanas con toallas ya que las cortinas no cubren nada, no hay teléfono para prom service te dicen que por whats pero el internet y recepción es bastante malo, no incluye desayuno siendo que en todos los hoteles alrededor lo incluye, ni cafetera ponen en la habitación, cero recomendable para gente grande, ya que hay que subir muchas escaleras y para los niños menos, la puerta del baño y regadera no cierran y para subir a la cama principal es bastante peligroso ya que ni barandal hay y te tienes que agarrar como puedas, en definitiva si vas a pagar tanto, no lo Inviertas en este hotel cero recomendado
