Wonderful staff, especially Kaita. The riverfront room was terrific- modern, funky design, spacious and extremely clean. Complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning were a nice touch. The hotel is closing for renovations from 2026, and opening again in 2029

Really nice boutique hotel walking distance from the train/metro station, really convenient to move around Osaka. We visited Universal Studios and took the train to it from the hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the bathroom sink’s drainage that was too slow. Japanese’s breakfast offered at the hotel was really good too.

川沿いのお部屋を案内いただけました。広くて天井も高くてゆっくり過ごせました。部屋から対岸の図書館が望めますし、インテリアもおしゃれ、朝ごはんをとるカフェもとても凝った味付けでよかったです。ただ、地下を走る電車の音が響くのだけが難点です。私は寝付きが良いので大丈夫でしたが、音に神経質な方には向かないかもしれません。ホテル側も耳栓を置くなど配慮はしてくれています。周辺はビジネスガイドで静かな立地です。中の島は個人的に好きなエリアなので、また大阪に来た際は泊まると思います。

The room was stylish and tidy with a lovely bathroom. All the staff we encountered are friendly. The area was cozy and easy walk around without crowded by tourists. a lot of coffee shops, ceramic shops, museums nearby.
