Es una pena que se hagan llamar hotel boutique, de vergüenza las toallas y sabanas, rotas, viejas, manchadas, el estacionamiento está a 300 mts del lugar y cierran temprano. La cadena de seguridad de la puerta rota. No vuelvo aunque fuera de cortesía sin costo, definitivamente mil opciones mas en Querétaro por ese precio

Tuvimos una estancia agradable, pudimos descansar. Tiene lo necesario y aunque es un hotel pequeño, es un lugar privado, comodo, limpio y muy lindo. La atención del personal fue muy buena, siempre muy atentos y amables. Sin duda regresaría.

La habitación es muy bonita, el hotel está en el corazón del centro de Querétaro y aunque no cuentan con estacionamiento propio, sí tienen convenio con uno que se encuentra a dos cuadras y fue gratuito(si traen maletas grandes sí será un poco pesado el ir de un punto a otro). Los únicos puntos donde quisiera hacer observaciones, es en las toallas de baño que están visiblemente desgastadas y rasgadas de las orillas, las paredes parecen ser muy delgadas porque se oía por la mañana mucho ruido de la habitación de arriba, el agua caliente solo salía tibia y nunca se logró conectar a la red la pantalla, como amenidades solo dejan una jarrita con agua y dos vasos, la secadora y control de pantalla te la entregan en una curiosa bolsita de mandado de plástico para entregar en el check out (bonito detalle). En general es un lindo lugar para hospedarse.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado y cuenta con con convenio de estacionamiento, el personal excelente, la habitación confortable pero hacía mucho calor y no cuenta con clima, la falta de mosquiteros hace que no se pueda ventilar la misma por la tarde

Lovely little hotel right in downtown on a quiet street. Parking is a couple blocks away - I would call first so they tell you where it is, then they give you a ticket at the hotel so there’s no cost. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant on site, it looks unassuming but the food was incredible.

El trato en recepción fue muy bueno, sin embargo no me gustó que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, tienes que ir a un público que está a 4 cuadras del hotel, tampoco me gustó que el cuarto estaba caliente y el ventilador hace más ruido de lo que refresca, otro punto en contra es que escuchas todo de los demás cuartos incluido cuando van al baño, en general el hotel no es cómodo, pero si muy céntrico.
