This is a true gem for the area. Friendly and attentive hosts who cook a wonderful breakfast fresh from the menu every day. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully furnished with one of the most comfortable shower rooms we’ve ever had! Don’t miss this place for a quiet retreat in a beautiful location.

Super nice B&B in the welsh countryside... as close to a town (Ammanford) as you would want but far enough away to be rural. Rooms (we have stayed there twice in the past month) are really rather nice, showers have plenty of hot water and the hosts, Jane and Nigel, serve a breakfast that keeps you going for the rest of the day

Great find
Jane and Nigel were very welcoming and accommodation was super clean and very well appointed with quality finishes. Bed was sooo comfortable and there was an excellent selection of options for breakfast which was delicious.

What a lovely stay we had . The farm house was beautifully done to a very high standard but keeping the originality of the building . Jane and Nigel were amazing hosts . So friendly and nothing was to much trouble
The rooms were well kitted out beds comfortable with good quality bedding . All in all we would totally recommend it

We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people.

What a splendid two nights’ stay, and what an excellent B&B!
We found the room first-rate in every respect, and the hosts very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant — most especially over the two wonderful breakfasts. We can thoroughly recommend Pontyclerc, and hope to return soon for a further stay in the South Wales area.
