A Lovely Courtyard Hotel

The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. The staff were very friendly & helpful. They suggested taking a tuktuk down to the beach for supper & that was fun. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides. Also they have room and laundry service. 2nd time staying there and will stay again. Highly recommend Quest Villa, and Suites !!

Location far from Alona Beach and town hut near airport. Good facilities - well equipped kitchen for cooking own food, cable TV with multi-language channels, 24 hours swimming pool, etc. Friendly staff. Big clean room.

This property does look like the pictures however add 5-10 years of use. The bathroom toilet is very close to the wall, so anyone near 6ft tall has to sit sideways. The pool towels were all bleached or stained. The water dispenser by the pool was broken and had been for a while and due to its outside location provided luke warm water. There seemed to be no quiet hours with other noisy guests in the pool until 1am. Sheryl was one of the more helpful members of staff who arranged our scooter and helmet which was a benefit to the property. Overall, it did the job but was not the place to stay for a week or longer.

I wasn't as I had thought, but everyone was friendly. It took a couple of days to fiqure things out. It's cheaper to use their take out, than take trike into town and eat that way. We just ordered extra and had it for lunch the next day.

Driver didn’t show up at the airport as scheduled

Overall speaking, the hotel staff members are helpful and nice. But the driver didn’t show up for transferring me from the airport to Quest Villa. After waiting him for 15 minutes, I got a motorbike to get to the hotel. Though it was dangerous at night, this was my only option

Great place

The property was great. Rooms and toilets are clean. There is a common kitchen you can use. Super friendly and helpful staff. One thing I would suggest to the management is to train their staff on basic fire fighting and check fire extinguishers regularly. There was a minor fire incident during our stay and the staff does not know how to use the fire extinguisher. We (I and another guest) had to do it. Also, some fire extinguishers are non functional. There was no pressure.

Everything was okay except check in

Everything was okay except for the check in. Our room was not yet available and we were told to wait. After some "arguing" with the front desk, they decided to give us another room. They initially told us that additional fees will be collected since it is a more expensive room. I told them I wont be paying any additional amount since it is not our fault.

Great Stay at Quest Villa.

We loved our stay at Quest Villa. We're a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 7 & 10. Be aware that this is not a beach front resort. It's about a 5 minute drive from the main area of Alona Beach. Quest Villa is actually 2 separate buildings. We stayed in the deluxe villas which is across the street from the main resort building. There are 4 villas built in one block and the building is quite new so looks great. There is a nice swimming pool and the area is very quiet with a locked gate for security. The room was nice and large and felt very homely. The main bedroom is upstairs and another bed is downstairs. There was a nice couch and tv area for relaxing. You can get breakfast in other building or you can cook your own as there is a full kitchen in the room. They don't serve lunch or dinner. There are at least 30 restaurants within 10 mins. They also provided us with the airport transfers which was helpful. The airport is just 5 minutes away so very close. They helped us to arrange a rental car as well and can book excursions as well. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again for the peace and tranquility.

Trivs bra i den lugna miljö. Långt ifrån havet men inom gång avstånd. Egen pool nära boendet. Möjlighet att laga mat och grilla. Nära grönområde. Bra ha bil med dig man kan åka till många ställen runt Panglao. Bra väder när jag var där. Kommer tillbaka och vill bo på samma stället.

응대는 빨랐지만 사진은 본관 사진이고 , 별관에서 하루 잤는데 너무 무서웠습니다. 실내는 도룡용 과 같이 잤으며 , 방 내부에 냉장고? 소리가 너무 시끄러워 편히 쉬지 못했네요~
