Very friendly owner greeted us on our arrival and showed us to our room. The space was roomy, well organized, and quiet. The common areas were very pretty and welcoming. Elegantly appointed, well-kept B&B with spacious rooms and high ceilings pleasantly located in Castletown close to a good beach, Castle of Mey, John O'Groats and Thurso. A converted bank house dating back to the early 1900s, it has tasteful decor, an elegant sweeping staircase and is serenely managed by the lady owner who is very pleasant and provides a good breakfast. Good value, really enjoyed our stay.
