This hotel is the perfect one night stay on the way to La Fortuna. It is 10 min away from La Paz waterfall gardens, which is a wonderful place to visit. Our stay was really peaceful and the place was not crowded. Breakfast and dinner were nice. The staff was excellent and friendly. The place has great grounds and beautiful mountains views.

Outstanding staff and management - all of them were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely location. Breakfasts were good, coffee and hot chocolate were delicious. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant one day and it was very good as well. Chalet was cute and spacious enough. Walkways lined with flowers. Activity room included a pool table, which we made good use of on the rainy afternoon. Shower temp eventually made it to lukewarm, which was adequate for a quick shower - would have preferred hot water.

The individual chalets were adorable. The breakfast included was hardy and delish. They are also a restraunt and the dinner food was excellent. They are in a convenient location to get to La Paz waterfall gardens and Poas volcano. Used their laundry service that was wonderful. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. A beautiful location with views of the mountain valley. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Norman in particular was helpful and spent time talking to us about some of the costa Rican areas of interest including the local strawberry enterprise. I recommend the strawberry crepe.
