Room outdated stains on the bed covers. The tub was chipping. We was on the first floor by the stairs. Was SOO loud Could hear people coming down the stairs. Could hear the maids cart coming a mile away.

Location of the hotel was great. I understand that this is an older building; however, the rooms should not reflect this, and they did. The room had lots of dust buddies and lint bugs. We had to go and purchase new linen because of the uncertainty and the uncleanliness of the room.

The staff did what they could, but the rooms were poorly maintained. They had obviously been painted recently but who every did the job was very good. The bath tubs were painted but the paint was peeling and the bed looked like it had been slept in and the covers just pulled back up without changing. I was shown three rooms to choose from and the time being late, I just took the best of the worst. I didn't stay the second night.

I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk was very welcoming and the few issues I had they resolved very quickly. I would surely stay here again. Breakfast is not that great. They were out of sugar and front desk said he was too busy to get more but breakfast area was very clean.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF!! TO TOP BOTTOM, TO NOTCH SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL from the moment we walked in the door!!
My (now) husband and i came to Hampton to be married. This was our 1st do getting into town, staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make out stay INCREDIBLY SPECIAL!! Beyond that, the ruin was very very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast enjoyable, *i love the little pancake maker!!
The oil was great, just an incredible experience overall!! Ive stayed in MANY MANY HOTELS, NONE of which compare to the amazing senile and staff we received at Quality Inn Hanpton. Thank you Mr Alexander (i believe that is correct) we will be been OFTEN!! THIS IS OUR NEW FAVORITE PLACE ! ❤️

convenient location.
Elevator was very noisy and unsafe.I would put the decibel rating on the noise level close to that of a dumpster being unloaded!At 3:00 AM!!!!!
The staff suggested we use the steps because the elevated only worked occasionally!!!!! (The cleaning crew was very kind and helpfull)

The previous year Ive stayed at this Quality Inn it was nice and clean. My 2024 stay was not the best. The housekeeping staff and night staff front desk staff had the attitude of I don’t care. Customer service should always be number concern. Whether it’s a low or high cost.

You get what you pay for. Relative to cost, this is a good deal. In a few years this place will be too beat up for my liking, it’s not aging well. Cheap renovations don’t last, e.g. pairing the tub/shower. If you’re a Hilton/Marriott regular, don’t come here expecting that kind of quality for $60 a night, that’s silly.

There was mold all along the shower wall. There was a terrible odor in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t have any pressure. The walls and headboards were sticky and greasy. But I guess the beds were clean and location is decent.
