We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice with plenty of space. Staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to look after us. The daily tea sets were a nice touch.

While the view was beautiful, the room was pretty average. It was a great location and super easy to walk to for food. I like that breakfast was included and how the receptionists were very friendly. While the room was clean, it was very outdated. I love how there were lots of windows in our room to see the view though (level 6). Nice hotel. Awesome views of Sun Moon Lake. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. Shower was awesome. very enjoyable after a long day of walking. Sadly, more than half of the businesses and stalls were closed the night that we stayed there. Disappointed in that but not the hotel's fault.

Perfect

If there were one word to describe my stay, it would be “Perfect”. From the full windowed rooms which view is right to the beautiful lake to the wonderful staff at the hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Location is also great near the shopping street. The staff were very friendly and smiling and event went an extra mile to help me and my family when we were having some trouble with purchasing HSR tickets. Thank you so much. This hotel will definitely be my first choice when I visit Sun Moon Lake again :)
