No tienen actitud de servicio en la recepción. Llegamos antes del horario del check in y nos dijeron que la habitación estaria lista en hora y media, lo cual entendemos, pero no son como para ir a informarnos en cuanto estuviera lista. A la habitación le hizo falta mucha limpieza, porque retiramos los tapetes para que nuestro perrito no se orinará en el y encontramos una cantidad de pelos de animal, que horror!! La habitación es muy pequeña para lo que cuesta y necesita mantenimiento, ya que la salida del agua del lavabo está intermitente, y en la regadera no salió agua muy caliente. Lo único bueno que nos pareció fue el restaurante, buen servicio y calidad de los alimentos.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, el hotel es muy bonito, la Alberca agradable,la comida muy rica. Nos quedamos en una habitación estándar, el espacio es incómodamente reducido, muy obscuro, llevábamos una Maleta grande que no cabía sin estorbar, el servicio del restaurante lento y literal 35 min para que nos llevaran toallas a la alberca. El spa más bien son cuartos de masaje, chimeneas no vimos.En mi opinión no corresponde a un hotel boutique.

Es una propiedad en relativo buen estado, pero no cumple con las expectativas en relación calidad-precio y el concepto de "hotel boutique". Una alberca sin climatizar, que necesita además mantenimiento, habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, necesario para el clima de Valle en Verano, áreas comunes limitadas y poco acogedoras, más allá de las zonas verdes las cuales si son extensas. Por el precio que se paga en el lugar, se consiguen mejores opciones.

Bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro, y accesible a muchos restaurantes. Instalaciones bien cuidadas. Alberca limpia. Gimnasio muy bien equipado. La habitación muy bien, solo el lugar que nos tocó no nos dejave ver nada. Cubierto por plantas nos tapaba la vista del jardin y la alberca. Fuera de eso muy bonito lugar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La cocina es muy buena. Lamentablemente llegamos y no había nadie en recepción, tuvimos que buscar por el hotel y llamar para ser atendidos. Por la noche el ruido fue excesivo había un escándalo a las 12 de la noche que no dejo dormir.

Está muy bonito pero no volvería a llegar. De entrada no me dieron la habitación con chimenea que pagué por Expedia que porque lo pagué con expedia. Las habitaciones no tienen amenidades, ni pantuflas ni batas. El menú del restaurant es muy limitado. Se escucha todo lo de la habitación de junto, en la madrugada no había agua de la llave, la alberca está desangelada. Está muy seguro y tranquilo como para ir solo
