Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was very large. The pool and garden are kept tidy and the boardwalk through the mangrove to the edge of the lagoon was great. Fabulous place to sit and watch the flamingos and other birds on the lagoon.

This hotel has potential but missed the Mark in so many ways. Unorganized staff, that you couldn't recognize as staff, no uniforms no name tags, less than hospitable service. Attention was needed during all 4 nights of our stay to cleaning common areas and the pool. The room was clean and beds comfortable. There was a family of raccoons living in the walls of the hotel which we saw come and go from the holes in our patio roof which made it smell and was very noisy at night. The town itself is fabulous, and this hotel has potential if they would make some improvements.
