Clarify what type of room you will have (windows)

I had a reservation for several days but was not able to stay because of the location of the room--it was an interior room, no windows to the outside, and right next to the kitchen and washing area. The smell of detergent was very strong. The people are very nice, just be SURE to understand what your room will be like--many of the rooms appear not to have windows to the outside

Carlos at the front desk is so helpful. He answered all our questions and was always friendly and willing to give suggestions and tips on what to do in the city. The guesthouse is on a quiet street but very close to many great restaurants and the metro. Great location!

Enjoyed my stay here, particularly the great location in Manila which is surrounded by cool restaurants and walking distance to Poblado metro. The staff are all amazing as they really make you feel at home and willing to answer all your questions. Unfortunately the rooftop jacuzzi was not working which was disappointing.

Amazing New Place!

We were staying at a local hostel getting NO sleep and miraculously found this new place. It was a dream come true! The room was large with a comfortable bed. There's a jacuzzi on the rooftop deck. it's close to all the restaurants and action but located on a very quiet block so you can sleep in! Owners give you a lot of information and really want to help and make your stay nice. I would definitely go back.. wish I had stayed here to begin with!!!
