We loved the condo it was very nice but whoever cleans it doesn’t do a good job! When we walked around barefoot and then looked at our feet on how dirty it was, it shows how they don’t clean the floors like they should. I don’t think they mop the floors and the vents were dirty full of dust. Over all we did enjoy our stay.

Is it possible to get a word file to you with a lost of problems? the worst one being taking 4 hours to have the reservation finalized even tho I had confirmation from Hotels.com? that was the worst, but there were a couple safety issues as well including mold and electrical problems. room 2028 is a private owner and emerald beach could not address the problems.

A little disappointed

The location was great! The view was Amazing! The staff couldn’t have been better. The overall condition of the building was nice but the unit itself needed a lot of cleaning. Some lights didn’t work, the floors and balcony were dirty, chipped walls that needed painting. A good sprucing up was definitely in order.
