This is a very nice low budget hotel with a restaurant connected. Checking in and out was easy with machines, and there was always staff for help. The hotel was in a good location close to tram 1 that goes to the airport and to the city centre. The only minus was that my window was facing a big street, and early in the morning they started some construction work.

Vi havde bedt om et roligt værelse uden larm fra gaden. Vi fik besked tilbage om, at det ville ikke være noget problem. Desværre var der alligevel en del larm pga vejarbejde lige uden for vores værelse lige fra meget tidlig morgen og en enkelt aften helt ud til langt efter midnat! Virkelig træls! Ellers et ganske udmærket hotel. Morgenmad okay ikke super fantastisk, men okay. Rengøring i top 👍

Decent stay for a quick Bergen trip

The hotel itself was decent - a lot of focus on automated check in and check out. It was a bummer that early check-in would have been an additional 500NOK but I understand many hotels charge a fee for this. Luggage storage was interesting - note that you will just get a key to a common luggage storage room where anyone who has stored luggage will have access. We didn't have any issues but I could understand this concerning somw people. The room itself was very clean and I liked that it was more of a gym mat floor instead of carpet. Not really any space to store things for two people, so we did end up putting most of our stuff on the floor. The bathroom was excellent - very clean and had a great shower. I would not recommend the breakfast - very limited (just some sliced bread and sandwich components). Still, the hotel was very conveniently located close to the Bybanen and we had no trouble getting around.

Rent och fint , enkelt rum. Dåligt ! Vattentrycket för lågt på femte våningen så det gick inte att duscha. Personalen löste det ej med något annat alternativ.T.ex att få duscha i ett rum längre ned . Vi som gäster fick lösa det själva.

We arrived the hotel approx.20:00. No reception, no notice for check-in. Fortunately, Expedia sent me, check-in code just after arrival, and we could obtain some information from other visitors. We asked "Twin" but, only one towel was in Room. Next morning, we claimed one more towel. But room will not be cleaned, towels never renewal during staying. No cup for drink water and tooth cleaning. It seems standard service in Norway.

They didn’t even provide a paper cup. I had to slurp from under the tap after I brushed my teeth. There was ONE product for hair and body in the shower marked “hair and body soap.” No conditioner. And anyone with actual hair knows body soap and even basic shampoo are not the same. No washcloth provided. Just a body towel and some kind of small hand towel I tried to dry my hair with. For all that, I’d have forgiven the weird decision to provide NOTHING if it had been a lower cost, but it was still 200 Euros and not conveniently located (nothing of interest in walking distance). The icing on the cake was being awoken at like 7am to loud construction. There was only one tiny window that opened only a tiny bit ( and no air conditioning), so I not only had a hot room, but my one lame attempt to cool it down only served to let in the noise.
