I had such a lovely stay here. It is probably the most ideal location you can find in Naples, especially if you're a solo traveler. It's right by the Duomo train station, so it's easy to access different parts of the city, but more importantly, it's a block away from the Historic District, so extremely walkable area. The staff was nice and communicative. I had an issue with my shower, but they fixed it right away. Check-in was easy, you just need to coordinate a specific time of day ahead of time.

This location was fabulous—just steps from the Duomo metro station, and convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. The tall windows were nicely insulated, which allowed us to block the sounds of a busy street at night. Ornella was very helpful at check in.

Near the subway and only a 20 min walk to all major attractions. Staff was super friendly and informative. Cool little balcony available for guests. Our hotel bathroom shower however did not have a door nor a curtain for the shower. If you're looking for a hotel just to drop your bags, shower and rest than this is the place.

The area was good, right down the street from both a metro line and the ferry terminal. The train station is a 10 minute walk. The room was clean, had a loft above the bathroom with another bed and the internet was very fast. The concierge and property manager were readily available throughout the day on WhatsApp.

Very nice hotel

The staff was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Naples. There was a dining area and we could buy water, coffee or tea. There were also a microwave and a toaster available. I reserved two rooms, one of them was really good, but the other one didn't have any windows, just one in the roof and that made it very dark. Next time I just would check with them and specify that I don't want that room, it was clean having but having window would make a big difference.

It was a bit rough, be ok for a couple hour stay

Pictures and description of the hotel is misleading. We did not have a double bed and twin (the room only had a double). The room overall needs work done. There was mold growing in the shower, calcium buildup and a broken shower door that was fixed with a curtain rod. Hotel was not easy to locate due to location but a nice local assisted us. We also ended up having to ask him for a coin as the elevator required one for access. Door into hotel could be bigger to accommodate large luggage. Front desk woman was very helpful and booked a taxi. Bed also was the best we had in all of Italy. We were very happy this was a short term stay for us. Hotel has thin walls and is very noisy, more ideal for college students. AC was did not cool, and didn’t feel safe leaving window open

Great spacious room and washroom. The balcony was a nice surprise and the staff was very kind to stay late past checkout as our train was severely delayed. Although this is something the manager can't control, it is extremely loud outside during all night hours. Not sure what is happening outside, but it sounds like a garbage truck is collecting trash every hour from 11pm to 5am. very loud and disruptive for sleeping. There are some decent food options near by and tourist attractions are fairly close by.

The design was more like a hostel than hotel or B&B: large communal space with coffee and other drinks (all for a fee), no fridge or kettle in the rooms. Reception is only staffed when there is someone checking in. Pros: - Location - The room was spacious Cons: - No window other than a skylight, so the room was damp and my towels never dried (too cold to use the drying function on a/c) - Although the sign inside the door said that breakfast was served 8-10am, there was no breakfast - Housekeeping ignored "do not disturb" tag and went in to clean each day - Weak internet

I got bitten by bedbugs all over my face and arms and legs. When I contacted the property they admitted via text msgs that they had complaints of people being bitten but just had the apartment inspected. Well they were wrong as I stayed there and have pics that I sent over to them showing the bites. I was miserable while in Naples itchy and bumps all over my face. They moved me over to another room but this ruin my vacation and I have to have all my things cleaned before I can bring them into my house and the bites on my face are healing and leaving dark spots all over my face that I will see a dermatologist about. The apartment is unwilling to give me a full refund. Expedia state they can't assist. This is totally an unhealthy standard by this property. I hope I can clean my items properly to avoid a home infestation.

First the good and great things The front desk /checkin staff although not on the premises mostly, are very good with communication through WhatsApp and can buzz you in remotely. They are very accommodating as far as allowing you to leave your luggage at reception before checking in or after check out in order for you to explore with lugging your bags around. Front desk staff=5stars The room itself was nothing special, cleaned daily and I had a studio with a hot plate ( Room 302) and had a small fridge and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was fine, a bit of mould and on the second night when I returned from sightseeing I found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, I tried to swat them but they were too fast and ran behind the small vanity… that was my only sighting. In a hot, dirty city like Naples it’s pretty « normal », but yuck. I did not sleep well that night, at least there were no bed bugs. The mattress was hard and old, super uncomfortable. But when you’re really tired it doesn’t matter. Most of the noise came from the other guests in the rooms on either side of mine they would use the hallway as their own personal parlour, which I don’t care during the day when I am not there but when they had loud conversations at 11pm in front of my door, I had to ask them to be quiet. Luckily, they did. I had no problem after that Room 2-3 stars very average… The location is great: near Duomo L1 metro stop, Conad grocery store across the street, and ferry terminals
