Rooms were well thought out and spacious. I had by error booked 2 adults instead of 2 adults and one child. They insisted on charging extra despite the room being a triple room and actually being cheaper on Expedia!! They have a restaurant - food was rather average and not convinced it was freshly cooked.

Our family was driving the ring road. Hofn was extremely expensive, this hotel was the most reasonable I found. A pleasant surprise, large room, large bathroom, easy checkin. My only issue no boiler in room but I would stay again.

This was a convenient stopover on the Ring Road near Hofn. The view out the large window of our room was amazing, showing the grandeur and beauty of that part of Iceland. Food options were good. And the homemade ice cream was a great way to end the day.

The property is good, however the front desk lady is super annoying. We asked her something twice as we could not understand her accent initially and she got frustrated. The hotel mentions shared cooking area but it is a lie as there is no stove, just kettle fridge and microwave. We checked in late and had taken some food to cook, when we asked her where we can cook, she was super arrogant in replying that there is no kitchen and you need to figure out. I know I need to figure out but why lie on your listing that there is kitchen to cook. Overall experience was poor because of the front desk lady.
