Only problem was not with the Hotel but with the Council with unreasonable parking requirements. Because the Hotel has no parking you have to pay Council for the privilege to park on the street which equates to about $13 NZD per day.

Yes the hotel was amazing, and old building totally renovated, the lobby is very nice with a very good selection de antiques mix with modern features. The room was very comfortable, spotless and beautiful. The receptionist was super kind and helpful with recommendations for dinner and information about where to see penguins!! So we super recommend the hotel!!!
