This hotel was excellent in terms of value. Across the street from Kyoto station, clean and helpful staff who were able to navigate conversations in English. :) I also liked that we could securely store our luggage before/after we checked out, and there was a large space to work and have coffee/water with lots of light. The buffet breakfast was hands down the best I have ever had a hotel. So many different options to choose from, warm foods were served at the perfect temperature and despite a high volume of visitors it was still well organized and clean. Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly go back if I ever have the option!

we are the return customers, it is a grant hotel and really good value for money. it is super convenient! Just 8 minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Grant facilities like washing machine, business centre, public hot spring bath, massage chair and free coffee.
