Estadia agradável. O hotel é bem localizado, sendo possível fazer muitas coisas a pé pela região. Bom preço. Café da manhã satisfatório, com muitas opções. O atendimento depende do prestador de serviço: alguns são mais simpáticos do que outros.

After a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel — which is advertised as a 4-star establishment — we feel compelled to share our concerns. In our opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star rating, and the quality promoted on the website is far from the reality we encountered. We strongly believe this rating should be reassessed to a 1. Throughout our stay, the service and conditions fell well below expectations, we were offered a choice of 3 rooms and each one as bad as the other. The rooms were completely unacceptable but what is most concerning is the photos on the advert do not match to that of the one we stayed in. This was confirmed by staff. However, one person truly stood out: Abbeygale. This lovely young woman went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. She showed a level of kindness, empathy, and professionalism that no other staff member came close to. We will never forget her support and heartfelt approach during a very stressful experience. Thank you, Abbeygale — you were the one bright light in a very poor experience. Rosa and Giuseppe

They allowed us to store our baggage for a week and do late checkout (both with a small fee). Nice to have the option of a quad room. Mobile Checkin was easy enough, though have to download an app. Would stay again.

Excelente personal . A parte de eso nada nos gustó . Hotel viejo , desde el lobby se siente lo deteriorado que está , muebles rotos y sucios. Baños viejos , pico de la ducha roto en las dos habitaciones que estuvimos. No hacen las camas al menos que pagues por el servicio a parte, igual mente las toallas tienen un costo adicional si quieres que las cambien . Los baños están en un terrible estado en general , todas las llaves del lavamanos, ducha , inodoro oxidadas y viejas. para el precio del hotel esperaba mas. Las fotos que ponen no son la realidad. No volvería
