O apartamento está muito bem localizado, limpo, cama confortável, cozinha completa e uma bela sacada. O ponto negativo é que não havia internet e a televisão não funcionava. Entrei em contato com a administradora do apartamento e disseram q estes serviços não estavam disponíveis, mesmo estando como item de comodidade do apartamento

Check-in was fine, coordinated over whatsapp. When we got the the apartment there was a weird smell. Had to open all the doors and windows to air it out. The bathroom also had a bad smell - we left the fan running to air that out too. There was also some broken glass left on the balcony. It's quite outdated and can be remodeled. Some of the outlets came out of the wall, which seems unsafe. In the bedroom, there's not much access to outlets, either. Not very bright in there at night, either. Not many hangers. Needed to let the kitchen water run to get hot water in the shower. The area - it seems to be near some dancing clubs or something, but we couldn't hear any of it. It was a pretty quiet area.

It’s specious but the property could have be remodeled. The power outlet in the living room is pulled out of the wall which could be very dangerous for small children. The management could be a little more generous to provide guests with more than one washing pod. We stayed for 3 nights and they were only willing to give just one pod for washing clothes. There were only 4 hangers for the three of us. Basic toiletries like shampoo and body wash are not included. This is the only place I’ve come across that not willing to provide these basic items. Also the communication was terrible. They never reply messages via the Expedia app. The only way is through WhatsApp. I tried to call them once but they sent me a text message saying they were busy with another guest and will call me back but never.

Everything was very nice. The people in Homing were very organized and you could leave your baggage with them. Only sad thing is that the coffee machine doesn't work, and as mentioned before the waste of water is sad. Otherwise very clean and professional.

At the time of my visit there was no wardrobe so no place to hang my clothes. But there were some hangers in the kitchen storage lol The swing on the balcony is great after a day of walking ;)

Acceuil parfait et souriant

excellent séjour et appartement très bien. Quelques petits détails vieillissants mais dans l'ensemble ça allait… juste un peu excentré pour nous par rapport au centre et aux transports. Par contre très bel accueil à l'arrivée !!
