Amazing all inclusive is actually everything all inclusive ice cream, drinks food etc. We loved our stay with 3 children. staff were amazing cleaned our room everyday with quick service when needed including technical and general. We would definitely recommend 5 star ⭐ for any family .

Very good resort for family, staff was more than helpful. Food was excellent, with ongoing activities. Only one negative which my partner didn’t like is the floor not being hoovered or mopped in the room when they cleaning.

The service in restaurants and bars was excellent. Special thanks to Tekin, Dogan, Ahmet, Recep, all our wishes were instantaneously fulfilled. A pleasant surprise was our room, we had reserved a double standard, but on our arrival a suite of 75 qm was given to us. A nice start for a luxurious holiday.

Sherwood suites is good place for family the water park is excellent the food is amazing but front desk is awful, they are there 24hrs but not helpful no matter what you ask they are negative or if ask them for some advise such as where a good place to shop they will direct you right where they have connections and everything is expensive first we trusted them but we figured out there much better places specially for shopping so if you do go for shopping, try to go as away from resort as you can where the locals shops

What was good: - big room - The hotel is not busy - Varied food for children - The adults really enjoyed the varied venue and the alcohol - The entertainment team does a wonderful job with the children - We didn't feel the need to leave the hotel because everything was there. What I didn't like: - There is no option at all - for vegan food - The staff does not speak English - The slides in the water park are open for 4 hours every day - We were in a renovated room and there were still things that didn't work (there was a terrible smell from the bathroom - but they changed our room)

Service are excellent , staff are friendly and helpful. There is no iron in rooms , you have to ask each time and leave deposit for using it . There is no proper cloth drier in room just small one in balcony and useless. Tea and coffee is very poor quality . Housekeeper ladies are perfect .

Hotellet var i topklasse med både værelser, service, mad samt børnevenlige faciliteter. Personalet var meget venlige, fleksible og hurtige til at hjælpe hvis man manglede noget. Eneste minus var høj musik ved pool fra morgen til 23.00.

Wir waren zu fünft für 5 Tage hier. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Auswahl beim Essen ist so groß dass es einen schon fast überfordert. Was uns am besten gefallen hat, war die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Vielen Dank, wir werden hoffentlich wieder kommen.
