Decent stay. Check in was simple, given my room was next to a car park, would have been nice to have been allowed to bring my car there directly, at least to unload, given I had 2 very small kids. Couldn’t fault this hotel, booked this on the day we check in as a hotel we previously booked let us down and was nothing but helpful as soon as we arrived. Clean rooms lovely staff and lovely food! Good entertainment, my daughter loved the kids disco. Water slides was a good touch and the heated pool was a bonus for my 7 month olds first time swimming. Will defo be back!

Service are excellent , staff are friendly and helpful. There is no iron in rooms , you have to ask each time and leave deposit for using it . There is no proper cloth drier in room just small one in balcony and useless. Tea and coffee is very poor quality . Housekeeper ladies are perfect .
