"Elizabeth and Kyle were helpful during check in. I was in an interesting, shared entrance room so I could hear my neighbors a bit more than expected when they came in and out. Bed was very cozy as were my pillows!!! Room was small but great. Loved a full size coffee pot in the morning."

"Very dated. Sheets are not cotton. Hard pillows. Slept without. Fan 50 years old and could not be used because it made so much noice. Faucets had been updated. Kitchen counter updated. Otherwise everything was functional but very old. Close to lift and restaurants. "

"This was a large 1 bedroom unit with all the amenities and a nice gas fireplace. Perfect location to slopes and downtown. Will book again for sure. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days. "
