"Pool was apparently open but all locked up when we attended. Couldn’t take the kids to the pool as planned and staff weren’t sure what was happening. By the time they figured it out I was told it was too late to enter. Really disorganised and wrong info on in room data "

"Lovely location, very friendly and helpful, from reception, restaurant room service / cleaning to getting an ext lead for my husband sleep machine customer service excellent. Food too was great we had breakfasts and eve dinner we stayed Fri to Monday "

"Good room for a brief stay overnight and proximity to Gatwick. The sink was blocked in the room. However, the restaurant was awful. The service was terrible, with our order forgotten, and took over 1 hour to come out. Drinks to over 20 minutes. When it did arrive, it was not the quality expected of a Marriott with the meat poor quality, the cesar salad full of mayonnaise. For two mains and two drinks it cost over £70. Do yourself a favour and avoid the restaurant"

"The breakfast menu was good, all freshly cooked by estimating approx what time we would be there. A good range of French croissants/pain au chocolat, cooked breakfast, yoghurt and fruit, fruit juices, a coffee machine. Top of the range !!"

"A lovely place to stay and very attentive and interested staff. The room was very spacious and comfortable although we found it quite hot and stuffy, particularly at night. The breakfasts were lovely and service was quick. The spa wasn’t as relaxing as hoped as you had to go back down a corridor if you wanted to visit the steam room, water fountain or sauna but still lovely to do. "
