"Always loved staying at Surfbreak very welcoming staff and accommodating! Especially the property manager Julie who is very understanding and welcoming! Parking is good and free, the breakfast at SC cafe is chefs kiss and location of this place is good! It’s nearby me and my partners favourite places such as the beach which is at least less than 5 mins away and our favourite local burrito place. Will definitely come back. Keep it up surfbreak! "

"Stayed overnight for a Legoland trip. I went with my 2 children and it was perfect for us. Delicious Italian food immediately across the street from the entrance. Pretty good continental-style breakfast. SPACIOUS rooms with nice flooring. Overall, great stay! We’ll definitely back."

Shopping right across the street with a great Lazy Acres, laundromat, Serranos ... a terrific and inexpensive Mexican restaurant (huge portions). Price is right for Encinitas."

"The resort is beautiful. The pool was great and heated and the service around the pool was also top notch. We decided half way through our stay to upgrade our room to the ocean view suite and it was the best decision we made. It was absolutely worth it and the views of the ocean and sunset were superb.
