The staff was very accommodating, the room was large and very clean, and we even had a secure room to store our bikes. The location is perfect for getting around after cycling to eat and shop. When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "

"Poor reception service. No bathroom available at the reception. Had to wait with a little girl until the check in was finish to got to the bathroom inside our room. The laundry is totally outside the building, in another business and that was not what I was told."
