I am in awe of the property. If you are looking for privacy, story book views, and gardens this is the place to be. The staff is also incredibly kind and always looking to help in any way they can. A must stay, I will be back with family/friends next time. "

"Loved my stay at this Hotel. Everything about it was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming, the location was in what is now the more interesting and authentic part of Florence. The Terrace overlooking the Gardens where you can eat breakfast was dazzling. In this age of ultra modern hotels, this one stood out because of its preservation of history and yet the room and the bathroom were large and roomy yet warm and cozy. "
