"Confusion about room cleaning. I didn’t feel I should need to request daily cleaning. I was charged on card I gave to hold reservation and then took 8 days to get corrected. No wine opener in the entire restaurant… overall lack of accountability."

"The facility was great. Paying for parking was not ideal. Otherwise, a great stay."

" I stayed at this hotel for the weekend and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The room was never cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing. My daughter also broke out in what appear to be bed bug bites after sleeping in the bed. In addition, the bathroom sink was not properly maintained—the nozzle was coming off, and whenever you turned the water on it would move and spray. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the room were unacceptable."

"The hotel room was very nice. It has been recently renovated, but I wish they would tell you that they are in the middle of a construction when you walk in the lobby. The breakfast was okay. "
