"Perfect hotel for longer stays!! Not only is it centrally located and within walking range of all the great dining and shopping options but the unit is essentially a modern 1 bedroom apartment. It came with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and in suite laundry! It was a great money saver to be able to make our own meals and do laundry without having to foot a laundromat or use laundry services. "

"Would stay again just for the complimentary mini bar, what a game-changer! Staff were incredible - shout out to Daryl in reception. He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. Definitely a step-up from other hotels The room itself was good, dark and moody, maybe needed a few cushions on the couch. Not much of a view, though it could be cos I requested a quiet room Was looking forward to room service, but not keen on the takeaway containers and paper bags, would've love actual dinnerware and/or cutlery but that's just me There's a heated pool and sauna, which was quite utilised by other guests during our stay, sadly we skipped out Great location - literally in front of the tram stop and a short walk to cafes/restaurants Overall, great experience and will definitely be back for future stay-cations!"

"The first room we had a toilet that won't stop running, the main tv had had the aerial ripped out so wasn't working. The cutains in the loungeroom were ripped. The carpet in the fining room had a big bare patch.There was dirty crockery in the cupboard. We got moved to another room which had the basin in the ensuite all cracked and the tv in the bedroom wasn't working. One of the toilets was also running all the time. All in all the property maintenance seemed non existant and the reception staff very slow. The desk was unattended and you had to call out or knock to get them to come out and acknowledge you were there"

"Last year I stayed in a studio apartment here and didn’t like it because there was no comfortable place (chair or couch) to sit. This year, for a longer trip, I booked a one-bedroom apartment and was extremely happy with it. The couch was comfortable, the desk and chair were welcome and useful, the kitchen equipment, utensils and supplies were excellent (little packets of salt and pepper as well as tea, chocolate drink, sugar, coffee). New clothes washer and dryer worked perfectly. No problems with anything, and so many unexpected good touches."
