"The room was spacious, and we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Norge. We were able to check in a little earlier than the official time, just as I had requested when I booked the room. We also received an extra mattress without any issues. We used the swimming facilities, although there was an additional charge of NOK 250. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended. Just 5minutes walk around the city of Bergen."

"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "The property was extremely clean and well kept. We arrived early, and left late, but were able to store our luggage while we continued touring Bergen. We had trouble with hot water however the host was so responsive. She eventually moved us to another apartment. Location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere!! I can't say enough good things about Christine and Kristen!! Would definitely recommend this property and host. "

"The high points for our stay was the perfect view across the water at the colorful historic buildings, the great breakfast buffet variety available each morning and the professional friendly staff. The negatives: #1 - The bathroom sink leaked below when in use (my feet became wet while brushing my teeth). No maintenance staff was available on weekends so they moved us to a similar room on a higher floor. #2!!! - curtains were nice BUT they hung down over the room heater. I was concerned enough to clearly mention this potential fire-hazzard situation to the front desk when complaining about the leaky sink. However, they informed me that all of their rooms had draperies with sheer curtains that hung down resting on top of the heater. YIKES! #3 - The 2nd floor hallways and rooms smelled musty and the mattress was much too firm to get a good night's sleep. The nice view and prime breakfast would not be enough to make me a repeat customer at the Clarion Hotel Admiral in Bergen. "
