"The hotel is clean & in a great quiet location close to Sydney domestic airport. We came an hour early before check in and the staff person was not accomodating to get us checked in early. We literally got brushed off & we didn’t feel the person behind the counter didn’t try at all to get us checked in early.When we did comeback later that evening to check in the gentleman serving us was much more pleasant to deal with & gave us an upgraded room."

"This isn’t quite 4-star quality. While the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, it’s worth managing expectations. The rooms were clean, but the hotel feels quite outdated. The bathrooms are very small and lacked ventilation, which isn’t ideal. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was basic at best, and the shuttle service is overpriced at $16 per person. You’re much better off taking an Uber to the domestic terminal, especially since it’s too far to comfortably walk. If this were marketed as a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t have been disappointed. As it stands, it falls short of 4-star expectations. I had rebooked for our return stay, but have since changed to a different hotel."

"Rooms were spartan but if you only want a place to sleep this will do. Ten minute walk to terminal 2. Lobby was being renovated so breakfast was available next door."

"Taxi's and cars can't park safely near the hotel so you'll have to drag your bags up and around a nearby side street. The noise is horrendous - you can hear everything because the windows open into the corridors. There aren't any real curtains but little shutters. It was bizarre. If you're trying to book somewhere for convenience and a good nights sleep this is not the place. "
