"Great for our short stay and we would definitely stay there again. We love the area as it is right it is between Centrale and Porta Garibaldi, close to the Isola Design Destrict. Only small issue was the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when we arrived. "

The staff at the office we very unpleasant, I understand that they are very busy managing hundreds of apartments across the city, but still it doesn't justify them being so unfriendly. They told us that we couldn't enter the apartment until 15:00, because cleaning might be in progress, but we could drop off our things and return later. "The flat is in a historical building in Isola, very nice part of Milan full of restaurants and bars. The rooms are good size, and in the winter time I found the flat very warm too."

"This is an excellent hotel within walking distance of Milano Centrale train station in Milan. Check in and check out was easy. Front desk staff, Gisselle in particular, are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is fully updated and it provides an excellent breakfast. We stayed one night in order to catch the Malpensa Express train to the airport. Will stay here again!"
