"Je suis arrivée dans la chambre à 17h juste pour poser mon sac je suis tout de suite repartie à mon retours à 2h du matin j’ai mis 5 min avant d’ouvrir la porte en bas, je suis arrivée dans ma chambre impossible de dormir il y avait des cafard partout j’ai était obliger d’appeler l’hôtel de a coter qui a était très gentil en nous trouvant une chambre a cette heure la "

"Le lit grince à chaque mouvement, les rideaux sont tous cassés, l’hôtel est très bruyant mal insonorisé, un ami voulait passer me voir avant qu’on aille boire un verre il n’a pas pu rentrer. Ça sent l’humidité dans la salle d’eau et j’ai payé la chambre très cher 152€ la nuit un 21 janvier donc je suis très mécontent ! "

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Added bonus was the do-it-yourself laundry service. Room a wee bit small, but nice balcony and view onto plaza. Great location for St Charles train station. Good too for walking to and from the old port area, though one nearby street a bit sketchy at night. But great stay."
