"Uma experiência traumática!! Incontáveis pelos e cabelos nos lençóis, no chão e no banheiro. Não é que não limparam desde o último hóspede, não limpam há tempos. É muito cabelo e pelo por tudo, inclusive onde eu tomei banho, escovei dente e dormi. Sim, dormi sobre pelos alheios. Além de goteira, mau cheiro e mofo. Sim, foi traumático deste jeito. Uma judiação. Houve muito investimento na construção, o hotel é muito bem construído, bom padrão de acabamento e bonito, mas está muito mal...
