"We were disappointed with our stay. I had emailed about a birthday and was told there would be a surprise, but nothing was prepared. After asking multiple staff, we eventually received some balloons. From what I’d seen online, rooms were decorated with banners, balloons and toys, so this was quite underwhelming. We were also told something would be set up in our room while we were out, but this didn’t happen. The room view also wasn’t as advertised."

"The hotel is very well located for access to buses and the MRT(the trains). The hotel has an excellent pool which is a bonus, allowing a pleasant way to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were courteous and our room was pleasant. "

Hima in Town restaurant was so hospitable and has such a warm smile. Vincent in the Gallery NaWei was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will choose Fullerton everytime. "
