"This is hotel with authentic Mexican characteristics. It doesn't belong to a big hotel chain. The hotel needs updating but by doing that it would become just another hotel like the others. I liked it this way and I would stay there again."

"Great location. Right in the downtown area. Hotel was safe. There's a desk person all day every day and at night you need to buzz the ringer to get let in. It gave a wonderful feeling of safety. The rooms got cleaned every day. I only wished it had A/C since I'm from the Midwest. I'm not fond of the warm weather without A/C to sleep. Besides that everything was wonderful."

"The staff, as always, wonderful! I've stayed here before and have always enjoyed my stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very centric to el centro, shopping, sight seeing, and great food por todas partes! Parkimg comes in handy if/when you need it. My only issue this time was that, I guess due to the rain and/or wind, the TV at times would go out or had a poor signal and would not be able to watch something. Other than that, continue to enjoy my stays here. Muchas gracias!"
