"Great location. It was not right in the middle of the busy tourist sites but close enough to get around the city. It was in a quiet neighborhood but very accessible to the public transportation and Hop-On Hop-Off start point. One thing that I was a bit surprised to find is that I booked a room with the terrace and it was underground. They have an underground garden still with the sunlight but we had to take the elevator to the basement, and all the hallways were very confusing closed with very heavy metal doors. The room smelled like a very cold cheese but had a terrace door to ventilate. The bed was very comfortable! The room we had a kitchenette and small couch which is always nice for a couple to stay. I'd love to go back only if I can book a room above the ground level."

"I had a great stay at Exe Liberdade in Lisbon and would definitely recommend it. The location is very central and convenient—easy access to public transportation and a great base for exploring the city. Room service was also very convenient, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable, well-located hotel with everything you need for a smooth stay in Lisbon."

"Everything was perfect but the arrangements for shuttle service from airport to hotel. There were no instructions how or where to take the shuttle van. Following AI instructions eventually found where ( outside gate 4) . Waited for some time and tried several times calling the hotel but nobody answered. Neither Expedia or hotel web side explained that shuttle needed to be scheduled. I found that again using AI. Took a over 10€ taxi ride for a 1.5 km ride to the hotel. I was greeted by a nice receptionist who told me that I could have called the hotel for a shuttle ride. I didn’t make any comment about nobody answering the phone. Other than that, hotel is great, restaurant is awesome and location very convenient"

"The bathroom in the room was not totally cleaned I found a wet towel in the floor shower upon my arrival, so I was concerned and did not know if the cleaning was done correctly"

"Front desk personnel were always available and helpful. The rooms are in excellent condition. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Breakfast was always delicious. Very good selection of foods to eat."
