"The property has great access to Sendai station and the surrounding shops. The building is secure and has extremely useful amenities like laundry which was extremely easy to use. When I checked in the staff was well trained, some of them even have a great level of English proficiency and even when there were language difficulties the concierge handled them courteously and clearly. "Very convenient location, 10 mins walking from Sendai Station and a Family Mart across the street. Guestrooms are in great shape with comfy beds. The best part was the onsen! Breakfast buffet options were limited, but still good quality overall. Super friendly and helpful staff as well!"

You have a mini fridge, heater/AC, desk, chair. They can hold your luggage, but in the open area lobby. They have a restaurant attached & breakfast. "
