"Definitely live up to its 5 star hotal name. Thank you very much to receptionist 小余小姐. She made us feel like we are welcomed home. We arrived around 11:30 AM, the room we booked isn't available but she give us an complimentary room upgrade and helped us checked in right away so we can leave our belongings in our room which is amazing service. Other staff are very attentive and helpful as well, showed us shortcuts around the hotel to exit closes to main street. We ordered delivery and the staff brought it us immediately. Overall, its a 5 star hotal with 10 star staff and service. I will definitely be booking here every time visiting my hometown."
