"The lazy river was my favorite place to be i could just float relax and rest.the staff was very nice and helpful. The beat place ever i love it. the carts that you can chexk out at yhe front desk for free have 2 chair and an umbrella and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. If i could i would live here forever.i tell all my friends and family i can't say enough about how wonderful this place is"

"The room had really bad stains over the curtains ,it is dated and really needs Reno’s. The main door would have easily opened with a push as it did not fit into the frame very well. Great location but would not stay here again."

"The room was a disappointment. Be AWARE!!! There is an additional $30 per day “Resort Fee” that is charged to you! They have valet parking only! There is a band playing at the outdoor bar during the day and into the evening. If you are looking for a quiet stay, look elsewhere!"

"Can’t really complain about a two bedroom hotel room for under $100 with a view of cocoa beach. Super convenient for my family of 6 during our road trip. It could have been a tad cleaner in the corners of the rooms and the bathroom faucet but other than that no complaints. Had a lady yelling for help in the bedroom above us but guess that could happen at any hotel. Waffle House steps from the hotel and enormous Ron Jon surf shop right down the rd."
