Wonderful room size! Bathroom was so large. Perfect for my daughters and I.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well.

Super clean room. Calm quiet area but if you want to be more in the hub of things i recommend a diff area. This is their funicular district.

This is a quaint hotel. The bathrooms are brand new, but the rest of the hotel has an English feel that welcomes you. The elevators are very small, but we never had any problems using them. There is a wonderful bar and an excellent restaurant. The staff could not be nicer. We had a dedicated doorman who helped me in and out of taxis. We loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend it.

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. The bed was comfortable, however my son had to sleep on the pullout couch and he said it was very uncomfortable. That...

Spacious room, great breakfasts and helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location in London but not in the hustle and bustle. We walked to everything but the Tower. Tube station very close. Concierges were outstanding. We had a problem with our room and they went above and beyond to resolve it. If we go back to London, we will stay here.

Great location for travelling to both airports. Major tube and bus hub and local to attractions around the city.

This is a lovely hotel, definitely deserves its 4* rating. The staff were all great. The hotel is very clean and very well appointed. One can access The Third Space gym and 108 Brasserie, along with the other hotel amenities via the lobby which would be great if the weather was unsatisfactory. My only complaint would be this - I was traveling with my children, 6 & 11, and booked this hotel so I could take them swimming in our down time.
