"clean room, everything was new / nice hallways, room, bathroom, lobby, pool. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Funny, engaging. The prices for food and drinks were expensive but typical for a Universal property. I was only upset at the drink mig option. I paid $19 per day and the cup was not shaped well becasue it tips all the time. It helpa. very small amount of beverage (diet coke) and it was small at bottom and larger at top so it was top heavy. The handle was not easy to hold either. I felt it was poorly designed and it was made to only allow a very small amount of fluid, especially if I wanted a few ice cubes. I would prefer my money back. It was a longggggg walk to go to the cafeteria each time I wanted to fill it. I ended up using it only 4 times. Suggestion: make more stations around the hotel to refill it. "

"I would not stay here again. For a hotel that is supposed to be by Wyndham, the quality was far below what I expected. The room floor was dirty when we arrived, which was disappointing. My biggest concern was that the connecting door was not fully locked, which felt like a serious security issue. Even worse, the staff did not seem to know about the problem. We were 3 people staying in the room, but housekeeping only left 2 towels each day. The toilet was also very loud every time it was flushed. Another inconvenience was the ice machine, since it was not always accessible and we had to ask employees for ice. Breakfast was very limited and had almost no variety. It was basically the same every day: eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, bread, juice, coffee, waffles, shredded cheese, and cereal. Sometimes they had yogurt, butter, or cream cheese, but not always. I do want to mention that the staff was helpful and friendly. The laundry service was easy to use, costing $2.50 per wash load and $2.50 per dryer load. You can pay with coins or through an app, but the app requires a minimum balance of $10. There was also a lot of noise from the surrounding area since the hotel is close to a main road. The area did not seem the best either, with a detention center nearby and many bail bond offices around. The room QR code information said that pool towels would be provided in the room, but I never saw them, even though I did not use the pool. Overall, I expected much better quality"
