"The staff and waterpark were amazing! The lifeguards, especially, were fantastic. The grounds were ok. I would see staff walk by trash and not pick it up and the walkways were full of debris and plants were dead. We didn’t get room service one day and had to call for more coffee and towels. Overall, great place. Would go back. Our kids loved it!"
