"Area and room overall is very clean . My only issue is water from shower flowing on bathroom floor .I have to put towels on shower tiles and edges . I hope hotel will take note of this safety concern."

"Location is great. Good hotel choice if in a pinch or won't really be using the room other than from sleeping. When we checked in, our beds hadn't been changed. Only noticed when we were ready to go to sleep. Floors seemed like they hadn't been washed. Overall it wouldn't hurt if the hotel got a little face lift. Worst part for us was the other guests and noise level. People coming and going at all hours of the night, slamming their room door and talking loudly in halls. Fully aware this can happen in any hotel but this seemed to fit the type of clientele of this hotel. Also go note, the pictures from Expedia do NOT fit reality."

"This is a great choice as it is well located in the upper Old Quebec, near many historic sites, good restaurants and interesting shops - and near the funicular to deal with getting up and down between the upper and lower parts of the old city. The staff was helpful. The room small, but well appointed and updated. Breakfast is not offered in the hotel, but there are lots of choices within walking distance."
