"Watch ouy when booking with Sonesta. They ask for credit card for 50.00 essential hold. They charged our credit card $362.54 woukd definitely not recommend"

"The staff were lovely and very helpful but the room had a terrible drain fly problem so there were small flies in our room all the time, it didn’t seem clean at all. If it wasn’t for the fact we were in Augusta for the masters and it would be impossible to find somewhere else I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere as it’s a health hazard. I had to sleep with the bed sheet over my head it was that bad and given the price we paid it’s shocking! "
