Hotels in Coastal San Pedro

"My wife and I, arrived after a long flight home from Japan, unfortunately with both of us catching colds and not feeling well. We were looking forward to a nice warm room to take the chill off. Staying on the 13th floor (not normally superstitious, but now I may reconsider), I couldn’t get the room heater to work at all setting the thermostat as high as it would go, ie 90 degrees with no success. So I shut it off completely and it still was blowing out cold air all night long. I mentioned to my wife that we could change rooms, at that point we were both too exhausted to repack our cases and just decided to put up with it and camp out in the Hilton Hotel. One other thing that was quite annoying, the bathroom door squeaked so load that it was impossible not to disturb each other during the night. Mentioning my concerns upon checking out, they at least compensated us by removing the breakfast charge from our room bill. No more 13th floor."

"Staying on The Queen Mary was so much fun. We were in Long Beach for a convention and decided to stay two nights here before moving closer to the convention center. The food was great, staff was very friendly and it was an amazing experience. We were traveling with another couple and the husbands had a great time touring the ship and seeing all of the history. Would definitely recommend!"

"The wings at the lobby restaurant are killer. Best we have ever had and we are OLD.... We will be back next year because of the wings and hotel. Staff were very helpful. Shuttle driver was the best we have ever had. Only draw back is the entrance. Sign shows down the building when it is facing the street. Took 3 block circles till we realized the entrance was not where the sign said for hotel entrance. Uber driver wasn't impressed. Next time we will know."

"This place was really dirty. Sheets were so old that holes were forming thru the cotton. No Breakfast. Standard room didn’t come with a fridge. You have to pay $20 extra just to get a fridge. Unreal."
