"Check in was difficult to navigate, and parking is nowhere near the rooms. Be prepared to walk and walk. Also there is a $50 per night charge to park. Room was clean, although the hotel has a smokey oder."

"I stayed in three level Circus Circus Manor buildings which are crossed by the pool. Did not use any amenities. The unit was clean. It was a non-smoking unit and didn't smell smoke. The only thing was a little quirky was Finding where the reservation area was, and it seems like all of that these days is with the machine like you typically would use in a Southwest Airlines check-in center. There were people there to help guide me through and once that was done it was simple. It's a location which is walkable to many areas, and I thought the value was good."

"The property is on an ideal location on the strip. There is a great deal available to do, shop and eat just in Caesars. However, there were some issues we encountered. We reserved and paid for a room with a king sized bed but was told we were getting 2 full beds instead and only after complaining, I was "upgraded" to a king. We were there for 5 days and two out of the five days our room wasn't cleaned. It would have been three except I complained, and they sent someone in. To compensate us, they gave us extra washcloths and extra shampoo's/conditioners. Not exactly helpful as that is available in every room anyway"

"The coffee shop is excellent. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms, we had three of them, were clean and the cleaners were great."

"The smoking throughout the property was the worst experience. I was on a non smoking floor yet their were consistent smoking on my floor."
