"It's was nice stay"

"I hate to leave negative reviews but this is a very sad rundown motel, the room was tiny and very dirty, the sink in the bathroom was hanging off of the wall and the bathroom door couldn't close. There was a microwave and fridge in the room but no coffee maker or kettle, there was not even a paper cup to get a cup of water! The bed was uncomfortable and there was only two very flat pillows. There was no table and no chairs to sit on and to top it all there were no batteries in the TV remote! I...

"I stayed here on a business trip, my first time there. The room had been recently renovated, everything is new. Everything worked perfectly. Nice quiet location just outside Chatham. The owner was very kind to accommodate my special request for parking. Room is not large but was certainly enough space. Fridge and microwave in the room were certainly appreciated. A couple of little tips: food facilities are a bit of distance, so I picked that up on the way there. Also the volume...
