"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We had two rooms and mine was definitely better than my husbands. I recommend getting a room facing the courtyard. Breakfast does not open in time and is slow so plan accordingly. It is good food and coffee though. Pool was nice. Location was good for using public transportation. There are a decent amount of homeless folk in the area but we felt safe."

"Staff was unprofessional, adding cost to the hotel room for early check-in. Yeah, the prices for amenities that I was not used."

"Very basic, but they do have a fridge and tv. If you want food or water you can buy it in the foyer. I also noticed there was no hair dryer. But if you are just staying a couple of nights before/after a plane trip it is ok. The rooms are clean with air conditioning and there is a pool."

"It’s very convenient location to Universal Studios a short 10 minute walk and you’re at the red carpet. 16 minutes away from Funko Pop on Hollywood Boulevard in 16 minutes away from the car museum."
