"Since we were there at our room for barekl 12 hrs, we did not go any where else but stayed at our room. Front desk staff folks were friendly & professional. Totally enjoyed the warm chocolate chip cookies. And shuttle driver was polite. "

"I’ve stayed here a handful of times but each time I become a little more disappointed. The location is good as well as the cost and it is always clean. However this time it was very noisy, including the cleaning staff early in the morning yelling back and forth to one another. Additionally, the check in/out staff acted like they couldn’t care less that I was there…. No greetings…. No thank you’s. It was just a “meh” stay this time."

"Stayed 4 days. The place was clean. Breakfast was okay. The area is very accessible to the bart station. Tha staff are nice. Free shuttle from and to the airport. "

"Shuttle was great. This hotel is really beat up. You could see daylight under the front door. The shower curtain didn't come down to the floor so when you showered water went all over the bathroom and out into the dressing area. Shampoo dispenser was empty. Bed was clean."
